Thank you for your interest in becoming a hole sponsor for the 2008 Alpha Delta Cup.

Hole sponsors are asked to provide a minimum $50 contribution for this tournament.  Sponsors can make specific requests as to how this contribution will be used - toward either gift certificates or merchandise.

 
Participation as a sponsor will yield the following:

            1)      Your name and company;

2)      Your contact information, including phone number and e-mail address;

3)      Your sponsorship amount; and

4)      Any special requests.
 
Jeff will subsequently be in contact with you, and make arrangements to pick up your contribution, business card, and other pertinent information.
